Happy Mid Year!

Make a vow. Don't make a vow. The latter half is as significant as the prior half. People are always making new year's resolutions. Why not make mid-year resolutions, too?

Have you kept up with any of the resolutions from Jan. 1?

If you have, then, wow! keep on! Goals are easy to write down but so tough to stay on track. Kudos to you for having the fortitude to be consistent! If you haven't, then, let's start those engines up again and do something to write about.

When you're making these next set of goals, make sure you aren't comparing yourself to anyone but your beginning-of-2015 self. Set your sights high and find someone to keep you accountable. There's nothing like failing again, on your own, again. I'd rather have someone yelling and screaming in my face than falling flat on it and wondering if anyone heard the thud.

Be realistic. Remember? It's a lot harder than you think, but here's your second go to making 2015 your year! Get your game face on and get ready to showdown. You'll thank yourself for trying harder than before. It'll all be worth it in the end.

I Will Wait

This song is such a good reminder about patience and what it means to wait. I'm often caught up in the world and my phone and the daily going ons that I forget how easy it is to forget to reflect. After listening to this all the way through, I challenge you to sit for a few minutes and just think about what's been most important in your life recently. Reflect and evaluate, reevaluate, and act.

Today is the first day of the beginning.

I'm learning to live more and more every day. There is so much to learn and love and appreciate. This is where it all begins. It's going to be a good day. Dream it. Decide on it. Do it
